Katya Moeller – 2nd Prize 2020

Katya Moeller, 16yr old, made her orchestral debut when she was twelve and since then has been a featured soloist with several orchestras in the Midwest.  She has performed in Brazil, Thailand, Singapore, Belgium, and Italy. Katya was the First Prize Winner of the 1^st World Violin E-Competition and the Grand Prize Winner of the ENKOR Violin Competition. Katya studies with Almita Vamos and is a scholarship recipient at the Music Institute of Chicago Academy. As a violinist of the Dasani String Quartet, Katya received the Silver Medal Award at the 2020 Fischoff Chamber Music National Competition.
